You must be a USAT member to participate. One day memberships are $12 and annual memberships are $45. When you register online, you can make your purchase then.

Participants must be 15 years of age by December 31, 2013

The YMCA Spirit, Mind, Body Triathlon is an association-wide event. The funds generated from the triathlon will significantly increase the number of children, youth and families who have the opportunity to experience the extraordinary impact of the following programs: Y-CAP, Diamonds, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Soccer, Basketball, Midnight Basketball, Youth and Government, Life Skills, After School Rocks (Drug Prevention), Healthy Kids Day, Preschool, Before and After School Childcare, Summer Day Camp, Preschool Sports, Kid's Night Out, Tumbling, Family Night, Fit Kids, Various Senior programs, Adult Wellness Programs, CPR, and Nutrition Classes.
