OLYMPIC: Swim 1 Mile - Bike 25 Miles - Run 6.2 Miles

10K Run Course (6.2 miles)

  • Go north onto Parklane Road for 0.6 miles.
  • Go right through grass field past gate onto Bawel Road.
  • Go right onto Bawel Road (south) to 1st turnaround.
  • Turnaround and head back on Bawel Road going north.
  • Take Bawel Road going north to Dusty Road.
  • Go right (east) on Dusty Road to Two Story Road.
  • Go left (north) on Two Story Road to 2nd turnaround.
  • Go back south on Two Story Road to Dusty.
  • Go west on Dusty Road to Bowel Road back into park on Parklane Road. Follow to 3rd turnaround.
  • Turn around on Parklane Road and go south onto grass levee around lake back onto Parklane Road to finish line (new shelter area).


5K Run Course (3.1 miles)

  • Go north onto Parklane Road for 0.6 miles.
  • Go right through grass field past gate onto Bawel Road.
  • Go right onto Bawel Road (south) to 1st turnaround.
  • Turnaround and head back on Bawel Road going north.
  • Go left (west) back into grass area back onto Parklan Road going north. Follow to 2nd turnaround
  • Turn around on Parklane Road and go south onto grass levee around lake back onto Parklane Road to finish line (new shelter area).


Bike Course

The YMCA Spirit, Mind, Body Triathlon is an association-wide event. The funds generated from the triathlon will significantly increase the number of children, youth and families who have the opportunity to experience the extraordinary impact of the following programs: Y-CAP, Diamonds, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Soccer, Basketball, Midnight Basketball, Youth and Government, Life Skills, After School Rocks (Drug Prevention), Healthy Kids Day, Preschool, Before and After School Childcare, Summer Day Camp, Preschool Sports, Kid's Night Out, Tumbling, Family Night, Fit Kids, Various Senior programs, Adult Wellness Programs, CPR, and Nutrition Classes.
